A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person (or people) who had a hand in kidnapping and killing Tushar Atre. The $25,000 will be given to the person who identifies the kidnapper and killer by the end of November. Atre was reportedly kidnapped from his Pleasure Point home early October 1st, and his body was found later that same day in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
