The public is encouraged to attend a meeting tomorrow night, and weigh-in on the updated long-range plan for U.C.S.C. It’s the 3rd such meeting this week asking for the public’s input on 2 possible new land-use variations. The meeting is scheduled to run from 5:30 to 7:30 p-m, in the La Feliz Room at the Seymour Marine Dscovery Center.
The center is located on Santa Cruz’ west side at McAllister Way…..which is between Natural Bridges State Beach and Wilder Ranch State Park.
As part of the plans, U.C.S.C. is looking to house all new enrollment growth on-campus, as well as increasing their housing for employees.
