The iconic crows nest restaurant at the Santa Cruz harbor gets slapped with a lawsuit.
A disabled Berkeley man is suing the eatery because he claims the harbor and the restaurant didn’t have adequate disabled accessability.
Walter Delson visited the crow’s nest this past summer and claims he was unable to find Disbled accessible parking, a proper table for his wheelchair and restroom accessibility.
According to court records, Delson is suing because he wants the restaurant to make its public accommodations accessible for disabled people and he hopes to be paid for damages from reportedly being denied access and his civil rights.
