A Pacific Grove man, who had a blood-alcohol level of .15 when he was involved in a head-on crash on Highway 68, has been sentenced to prison time. 63 year-old Howard Finn was sentenced to more than 4 years in prison. The driver in the other car suffered minor injuries, while the passenger suffered major injuries and the car suffered major damage.
