The city of Santa Cruz’s Resource Recovery Education And Outreach Program has received the Outstanding Recycling Program award. That’s in part because of the city’s Master Recycler Volunteer Pogram. Master Recyclers are trained in everything related to waste and recycling…and they are available to help other members of the community.
