In state news… get set for a p-g & e rate hike next month.
The utility company will be upgrading safety measures on nearly 7-thousand miles of gas pipelines in California… and the increase will fund those pipeline upgrades.
The rate hike is expected to cost the average p-g & e customer about one dollar and seventy-three cents more a month on their bill. Look for the increase on October’s bill.
