A Greenfield man has been sentenced for a 2015 D-U-I. 24 year-old Jose Reyes was driving in King City when he struck a 5 year-old who was playing on the sidewalk. The child suffered a broken leg and other injuries. Reyes, who was originally eligible for Felony Probation, has been sentenced to spend 4 years and 4 months in prison….because he violated probation by consuming alcohol, not reporting to probation, and failing to participate in a treatment program.
