Man Arr On Highway 9 09/11/19A 10:47 S.S.

A  man  was  arrested  yesterday  near  lower  Highway  9.    He  was  found  sleeping  in  a  vehicle  that  was  stolen  during  a  car-jacking  in  San  Francisco.   The  investigation  of  this  incident  is  still  ongoing.
