A solo roll over accident near Aptos slowed commute traffic on Highway 1 yesterday afternoon (Mon). The CHP and other emergency personnel responded to the accident shortly before 2:30 p-m on northbound Highway 1, just south of the Freedom Boulevard exit. No injuries have been reported. The cause of the rollover is being investigated.
