Due to sewer work being done at the Nob Hill Shopping Center, Clares Street is closed at the Wharf Road intersection in Capitola. The shutdown began yesterday, and the roadway is expected to be re-opened by this weekend. Although detours are in place, residents of the area are also encouraged to find alternate routes around Clares Street.
