Gilroy police officers say they have finished searching the suspect’s car. They found a shotgun, so they now have both weapons he bought at a Nevada store on July 9th . During a sweep of a nearby creek, law enforcement officers found a bag of ammunition. They are also still looking for a motive for the attack. To that end, the F.B.I. is looking at social media accounts, the suspect’s digital footprint, and agents are conducting interviews to learn more. The F.B.I. expects to investigate the crime scene for another 3 to 5 days.
