The Public Review And Comment Period is now open for a development planned on the east side of Highway 1, south of Lightfighter Drive in the city of Seaside. The first phase of the Campus Town Specific Plan calls for nearly 1500 housing units, 250 hotel rooms, and 150,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space, as well as 50,000 square feet of office and light industrial space. The plan also calls for 9-acres of open space.
