The name of the 36 year-old Watsonville man, who was killed after he broke into a couple’s tent in Tuolumne county, has been released. Timothy Edward Smith was shot by the boyfriend of the woman he climbed on top of in Deadman Campground. Smith reportedly did not know the couple.
