A Watsonville woman has been arrested in connection with a recent Hit-And-Run incident. 22 year-old Domitilia Fransisco Moreno initially ran from the scene, after she pinned a 28 year-old Aptos woman (and a 12 year-old girl) between the car she was driving, and a parked car. The Aptos woman suffered a severe leg injury, and the girl suffered minor injuries in the March 9th crash at Pinto Lake County Park.
