The 2500-acre Lonoak Fire reportedly began just after 4 p.m., off of Lonoak Road, east of King City. As of about 8:30 last night it’s considered about 65-percent contained. No structures have been reported as threatened or destroyed. The intersection at Wildhorse Road and Freeman Flat Road was closed.
