Salinas city officials say that they are planning a strict enforcement of the city’s ‘Overnight Camping Ban’, and that has left residents of the homeless camp in Sherwood Park wondering where they can go. City leaders say the park was never designed as a campground, and they’re trying to assist the homeless with vouchers.
