Dragging Chains Starts Fire 06/25/19A 08:22 S.S.

Chains  dragging  behind  a  big  rig  are  thought  to  have  started  the  fire  that  set  vehicles  ablaze  in  a  Carmax  lot  in  Bakersfield.     The  blaze  began  around  1:30  yesterday  afternoon.     85  vehicles  were  damaged  or  destroyed.
