P. G. and E. Crews worked overnight to restore power to Salinas residents. That after almost 12,000 P G and E customers lost power around 3:30 p.m., after a tree branch knocked a power line down on Corral De Tierra Road. Most of those customers had their power restored by 5:40 p.m. The roadway was closed for about 3 hours.
