California American Water company will be getting money to help build a seawater desalination plant. The Department Of Water Resources has announced that they’ll give a 10 million dollar grant to help build the desalination portion of the Peninsula Water Supply Project. That project includes several components to address the area’s water needs. The money from the California Department Of Water Resources comes from prop 50 funds.
