An Amtrak Train was stopped for about an hour this afternoon in Monterey county. That after it was hit by a sedan near the intersection of Highway 101 and Somavia Road. No injuries were reported in connection with that 1:30 p.m. crash. The train was cleared to continue to its destination by 2:30 this afternoon.
