The public’s assistance is being sought to help locate a missing Scott’s Valley teen. A neighbor’s surveillance video shows 15 year-old Jack DeBord heading off to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk yesterday wearing his uniform. The plan was for him to take the bus from Scotts Valley to the Santa Cruz Metro Station; however, it is unclear at this time if he ever boarded the bus. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact the Scotts Valley Police Department, or the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Department.
