A woman pled guilty today to accessory to the murder of a Monterey doctor. Diana Pena told a judge she knew that her roommate (Kelsey Turner) and Turner’s boyfriend (Jon Kennison) had killed Doctor Thomas Burchard. The 71 year-old psychiatrist’s body was found in March….in the trunk of Turner’s car.
