The identity’s of the 3 victim’s killed in an early Friday morning in a head-on car crash in Prunedale have been released. Authorities say that 49 year old Blanca Rangel, 58 year old Manuela Torres, and 43 year old Maria Rangel all died when 28 year old Hilda Valencia crashed head on into the car they were in. A fourth victim was hospitalized. Valencia is in custody in lieu of over 1 million dollars bail.
