A Pacific Grove High Schooler has received a presidential honor. High School, senior Luke Herzog is one of only 20 students nationwide who will be named a 2019 U.S. Presidential Scholar In The Arts. He has published 2 novels, and a collection of short stories, so far. Next month he is scheduled to travel to Washington, D.C. to present his work at the Kennedy Center, and attend a ceremony at the White House.
