Santa Clara County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a man accused of throwing rocks at cars driving along Highway 152. Investigators say 28-year-old Jeremy Valdez attempted to flee when officers arrived on-scene.
Valdez faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon, multiple felony vandalism charges, and a delaying and resisting arrest charge. Witnesses, some of whose csrs were damaged, helped effect the arrest.
