A felon is behind bars today after Watsonville police found a stash of cash, drugs and guns.
During an investigation of domestic violence police arrested Joshua Contreras yesterday when they searched his car and found more than a pound of heroin, two handguns and a semi automatic rifle… among other things.
Contreras is being held on 250-thousand dollars bail.
