The Monterey County SPCA is holding a half price adoption event. Officials say the Adopt A Shelter Pet Day is today (Tuesday) from 11-5. During the event, the SPCA for Monterey County will offer 50% off all adoptions for dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, mice, rats, ducks, turtles, finches, pigeons, doves, and snakes.
