Negotiations between the City of Santa Cruz and representatives for the Ross homeless encampment are set to resume today (Mon). The talks began on Friday at a Federal courtroom in San Jose after a temporary restraining order was granted to camp residents preventing the city from taking any action at the encampment. A judge is expected to issue a ruling today (Mon). The proceedings resume at 10 a-m.
