An annual fundraiser, to help homeless people in Santa Cruz, is set to be held at the Cocoanut Grove this Thursday. The money raised by “Soupline” will be used to support the Homeless Services Center….and organizers of H.S.C. (in turn) work to end homelessness across the county. Soups from more than 30 restaurants will be featured at the 5:30 to 8 p.m. event, at 400 Beach Street.
