The Macy’s peeper has struck again!
According to Capitola police… German Melgoza Menchaca (men-cha-cha) is accused of loitering and peeping inside the women’s dressing room at the Macy’s Capitola mall earlier this week.
He was accused of the same thing in February. The Macy’s peeper has no prior arrests…. According to police.
