It’s out with the old and in with the new at Pacific Gas and Electric.
P-g and e named William Johnson as the new c-e-o of the utility company. Johnson comes from the Tennessee Valley Authority. Earlier this week P-G and E also appointed ten new directors to its board of directors.
The company disclosed seven board members exited the panel that sets policy for the company.
