A  Monterey  native  has  been  named  the  Pacific  Fleets   “Sailor  Of  The  Year”  for  the  U.S.  Navy.    Petty  Officer  First  Class  Emily  Gauidangen  was  recognized  for  her  service  in  Expeditionary  Strike  Group  3.
