Time to change your password for Facebook.
The social networking giant apparently left millions of user passwords readable by employees by not saving user passwords in a “scrambled” form that makes it almost impossible to recover the original text.
Facebook says there’s no evidence employees abused access to the password data… and there’s no way outsiders are able to get the passwords.
Cyber security experts say the Facebook oversight violated fundamental computer security practices.
