A man, who is accused of calling in a number of bomb threats earlier this week, has pleaded “Not Guilty”. 29 year-old Ruben Spencer Torres is accused of 5 counts of making false bomb threats. Torres is now scheduled to return to the Monterey County Court Room on Tuesday, March 26th.
