A man was arrested last night after he kicked a dog and stabbed another man on the street in Salinas. 50 year-old Mark Cruz was booked into Monterey County Jail on Attempted Murder and Violation Of Probation charges….and the victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening stab wounds.
