A warrant has been issued for the Scottish tourist suspected of faking his own death by drowning at a Carmel beach. The arrest warrant was issued after Kim Gordon failed to show up in a Scottish court today (Mon) to face rape and other charges. ICE agents are in charge of executing the warrant.
