A day long stand-off in Salinas yesterday ended peacefully yesterday.
An unidentified man perched himself atop a roof on central avenue… and refused to come down. He is apparently wanted on charges of felony burglary.
The standoff started at around 6:30 Sunday morning and police negotiated with him almost the entire day until he finally came down and was arrested at quarter-to-seven last nite.
