The CHP is reporting that a San Jose man was arrested following a vehicle roll over on Highway 17, Thursday night. The incident was reported at 11 p-m. A 2000 BMW lost control and rolled over coming to rest on its tires. The driver then left the scene. 47 year old Kevin Smith was arrested on suspicion of DUI at a Scotts Valley residence after officers received a phone tip.
