A  man  reportedly  groped  a  woman  last  night, and  exposed  himself  to  her  in  the  Creekbridge  Neighborhood  of  Salinas.   Anyone  with  information  about  the  5  p.m. incident  is  encouraged  to  contact  the Salinas  Police  Department.
