The Santa Cruz county construction crews will be utilizing an overnight closure of the northbound lanes to repair a land slide. Workers will be using the southbound lanes to access the site by conducting a traffic switch along a section of Highway 17 from Laurel Road to Inspiration Point near Scotts Valley. The work and closure takes place this Thursday night at 8 p-m until 5-m Friday morning, Motorists can expect delays of up to 15 minutes.
