One person suffered only minor injuries after a dramatic crash on highway 17 last night… where a car plunged 100 feet down a cliff, north of the summit.
17 was closed northbound at around 7;45 while emergency responders extricated three people who were trapped inside.
The road was re-opened about 8:20. Crews will return to the crash site this morning and remove the car. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
