A battle is brewing in Pacific Grove over short term rentals and hosts are ready to go to war in a trial that’s been set for November.
Short term homeowners have formed a group “strong pg” and they’’re suing the city because the city is phasing out short term rentals outside the coastal and commercial zones of p-g. According to measure m, that passed last November, all short term rentals outside of the coastal zone will be phased out within 18-months of voter approval.
