In an effort to alleviate the impact of parking bans on homeless people in Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz city council members are expecting to consider a temporary ban on overnight street parking on Delaware avenue. That’s on the city’s west side, between Swift And Shaffer Streets, where lots of people park their RV’s and sleep in them.
