A teenager has been arrested in connection with last night’s fatal shooting in Salinas. The 17 year-old is likely to be charged with the murder of 37-year-old Abdelwahed Rahali, and also the possession of a concealed firearm. Anyone with information, about the just before 8 p.m. shooting on the 1200 block of Granada Avenue, is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
