Gilroy police arrested a suspected burglar on Sunday. Authorities say that 19 year old Timothy Ruiz is suspected of burglarizing a home on the 82 hundred block of Chiesa Drive at about 4 a-m. An investigation linked Ruiz to a 2nd burglary on Aspen Way. Ruiz was booked into San Benito County Jail on multiple charges.
