A Salinas man has been sentenced for inappropriately touching a friend’s teenage daughter. The 13 year-old immediately reported the incident, and she faced 38 year-old Edgar Zuniga in court. Zuniga has been sentenced to nearly a year in jail, and 6 years probation.
