Although the main band came through yesterday, the Atmospheric River that washed over California will continue to bring rainy, windy weather to the Monterey Bay region through today. So far the storm has blown down lots of trees, caused power outages and snarled traffic while officials have been keeping an eye on water levels in creeks, streams and rivers.
