A new executive officer has been chosen for the Local Agency Formation Commission Of Santa Cruz County. Jose Serrano is currently a senior analyst with LAF-Co Of Monterey County, and he will replace outgoing executive officer Patrick Mccormick. Serrano’s first day on the job in Santa Cruz is scheduled to be Tuesday February 19th.
