Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a body found on a local beach. A woman’s body was discovered in the water at about 7 a-m, Friday at La Selva Beach. An official cause of death and identity have not been released. This is the 2nd body found this week, on Monday, the body of a 72-year-old woman was found at Cowell Beach.
