The lockdown at Seaside, and Central Coast, High Schools have been lifted. Both schools were placed on lockdown around 2 p.m., due to police activity in the neighborhood. Because the school day actually ended at 1:50 p.m. Today, the only students affected were those who participate in sports (and other after-school activities on Wednesdays).
